Personal data provided in this registration form will be used for communication, statistical purpose and to handle your registration for The 16th ISSP World Congress – Sponsored by Shine Tak Foundation. In addition, the data listed below from non-Hong Kong attendees will also be used to compile a statement for submission to the Hong Kong Tourism Board to report the number of non-Hong Kong attendees.

  • Partially masked name of an individual – i.e. deleting the first letter of the first name and surname;
  • Country or territory of residence/ origin of an individual; and
  • Partially masked unique number, such as ticket number, membership number or payment reference

Remarks:

  • Registration fee includes admission to the Congress and the tea breaks during the Congress (8 – 12 December 2025, Mon to Fri).
  • No visitor parking is available at the Henry Cheng International Conference Centre (HCICC) at Chinese University of Hong Kong.
  • Accompanying guests of registered congress attendees wishing to attend the Forum will be required to pay the registration fee.
  • The Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) and the Local Organising Committee reserves the right to modify or amend its terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
